HOW WE DO IT

Every year Great Places to Work®, conducts a worldwide survey that establishes the standards for a great workplace. Their annual research is based on data representing more than 10 million employees in 50 countries representing about 6,000 organizations and every year they release a list of top 100 Great places to work country wise.

A major driver of our success has lain in breaking away from the standard approach of simply copying and adapting norms, and instead designing and developing a high functioning collective that is specifically built for impact.

Our formula of making a Great Workplace is four pronged

Empowering Teams

MAD Team Members are empowered by driving high levels of ownership by trusting them with work typically done by much experienced individuals in other companies and organisations. This coupled with an opportunity to work directly with children in shelter homes, allows us to build a strong connect to the meaningful work we do.

We strive to treat our people with care. We drive development by increasing expectations and correspondingly also the support to help them meet those expectations, and we trust in our teams to be able to cope and rise to meet the intellectual challenge of the problems.

Creating Safe Spaces

At MAD, we believe in relentlessly improving ourselves to be able to serve vulnerable children to the best of our capacity. To facilitate the same, we have enabled personal connections and safe spaces within MAD communities that enables a culture of open feedback and retrospection that improves us year on year. One Big MAD, as we internally call it, is our safe space.

Appreciating People

Every team member across the foot print is a part of multiple social groups ranging from shelter or city groups to national team groups over many platforms. This combined with an overarching value of care and appreciation, ensures that our team members receive high amounts of personal value and relationships that compensates for the effort they put in.
