Make a Difference monitors its projects based on two areas:
1) Activity
2) Results

Activity
To ensure the on ground activities are taking place uninterrupted and the quality is maintained, we monitor the following factors:-

1) Attendance: Every city maintains its own attendance register online. After every class the batch head updates the attendance of the volunteers hence ensuring in real time that classes happen without fail.
