As a part of the placements project a field trip was organised for the kids to visit CUSAT campus.
20th of June ‘09 saw 22 boys from the YMCA comprising of kids from 6th to 10th standard decked up to visit the university. This post is way, way late. NO excuses.
So, the MAD Tvm family jus got bigger. We had our volunteer selection meeting on April 19th. Fixing the date was quite a tough call. April was littered with exams, and fixing a date convenient for all was quite a job. Then came the dash to fix a hall. The Pallu Big Boys ice-breaker happened last Sunday. I had only heard about the big boys at Pallu. And not everything that I had heard was very flattering. So, it was with a certain amount of trepidation and a considerable amount of anxiety that I walked into Pallu with the other volunteers (Jithin Sr, Xavier, Jonva and Rajesh). I needn’t have worried.
